Scope of Work:

Murphy Properties purchased the property at 108 Burck Street in 2003.  

The 1,360 SF, two-story residence had previously been divided into two separate apartments.  Built in 1899, the structure and surrounding property including a garage were dilapidated from years of neglect.  

After the purchase, Murphy Properties renovated the entire house and returned it to a single family residence. The scope of work included new HVAC, plumbing, fire alarms and electrical/lighting systems; new staircase; interior framing for renovated rooms; new energy-efficient windows; updated kitchen and baths; and exterior painting and improvements.
