Scope of Work:

Murphy Properties purchased the property at 808 East Patrick Street in 2001.  

The 1,232 SF residential property had been vacant for over a year.  Built in 1868, the structure was dilapidated from years of neglect.  After the purchase, Murphy Properties applied for and received approval from the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) for a two-story addition to the southeast corner of the building and used reclaimed brick to finish the exterior.

The scope of work included new HVAC, plumbing, fire alarms and electrical/lighting systems; new staircase; interior framing for new rooms; new energy-efficient windows; new kitchen and baths; and exterior painting and improvements.
